I offer a Moon Wisdom course - details below. This started 16 years ago as 6 evenings and has been offered as a weekend course, a shortened version, evening talk and as part of Shamanic Studies  It was included in my portfolio for my teacher training and possible new avenues for sharing it are opening up.

Out of the Moon Wisdom course I have set up and run an on-going women's support group over the last 14 years. We meet initially monthly and now sporadically through the year.

I have run natural childbirth groups and written books on childbirth and healthy eating.  I was recently involved in the creation of the 'pregnancy, natural birth and baby care' part of the curriculum for training Macrobiotic Councillors.   I have led and been involved in many women's ceremonies rites of passage and rituals over the years.

Woman's Moon Wisdom - course
This course teaches women how we can work creatively with our monthly cycle, and through that knowledge improve emotional well-being. This course is also an opportunity to step out of world time and move into sacred time. Learners will be shown how to keep a journal/diary that reveals their personal cyclical nature and how it is affecting their well-being. The course will explore various creative activities which can bring purpose and self-esteem into one's life. We will discover the feminine archetypes and Goddesses which can enrich your life. The learners will be encouraged to participate in the activities which will include movement and dance, working with clay, voice and singing, weaving, creative thinking and drawing with pastels. There will also be a power point presentation and opportunity for group discussion each week. No prior learning in this area or prior creative skills needed. Come and play - develop your creativity!!
