Monthly and Weekly Session

• For de-stressing and relaxation come to the monthly Nada Sound Yoga with Peta Jane and Sarah Hart on last Monday of the month.  Next dates 30^thJanuary & 27^th February 7.45pm  Holbrook village hall, IP9 2RB  Donnations £5-15 bring a yoga mat or blanket and a cusion.
  
• Reiki Share - beginning soon could be on 2^ndMonday in the month in the evening at Holbrook village hall. Let me know if this suits you.

One day each with full manuals and CD's; Book to fit your schedule weekdays or weekends

Reiki Five Transformations ~ Specilist Course
17^th& 18^thMarch (this can also be run on weekdays) 
Requierment for this course is Reiki II or above.
Cost £255 including Manual, DVD, CD and review of practice follow-up day
Deposit £50 Certificates on follow-up day

Reiki Masters Training 'Shinpiden'
will be happening this year. If you feel ready to take your Reiki to the next level - to deepen your healing or to pass it on to others please ring me to discuss it.
